Barbara Copelovici
Barbara Copelovici is the Sustainability Director for Africa at AB InBev and a leader with experience spanning management consulting, social entrepreneurship, and sustainability. She served as the PMO Lead of a B20 South Africa task force, orchestrating the delivery of eight policy recommendation papers that informed the business voice to the G20. Barbara is also a Trustee of the SAB Foundation, a World Economic Forum Global Shaper, and a French African Foundation Young Leaders alumna. She is passionate about advancing inclusive growth and empowering the next generation of women leaders across Africa."

Caroli Kolver is a Technology executive with 20+ years of consulting experience across industries and functional areas within global and local organisations, including Mining, Oil & Gas, Public Sector, Banking, Health & Beverages, Retail and Logistics.
Caroli specialises and brings extensive experience in technology advisory and complex Technology transformations, creating and positioning value propositions for her clients, and mobilising and leading large-scale and complex technology transformation projects (with various ERP and SAP S/4 programmes). She has a proven track record through trusted and respected relationships with clients and team members alike. Caroli enjoys helping teams and individuals grow and develop, balancing their personal and professional aspirations. New challenges excite her and she thrives in complex and dynamic environments.
Lauren Samaai
Principal Director at Accenture South Africa. Lauren is a management consulting professional with 15 years’ experience across Consumer Goods and Retail. She co-leads the Consumer Goods and Services industry for Africa. Lauren has extensive experience in large scale digital transformations, with a passion for Commercial Growth, route-to-market, and customer experience.
Outside of corporate life, Lauren is a wife and mom to 3 (1 human 3-year-old and 2 mischievous cats). She is passionate about travelling the world, loves getting lost in a good novel, and binging true crime podcasts.
Lihle Nqini
Lihle Nqini is a South African business leader and the Managing Director of MaXhosa Africa, where she oversees the strategic growth and operations of the globally recognised luxury brand. She is also the Chairperson of the Lindelwa Foundation, the social-impact arm of MaXhosa Africa, dedicated to education, youth empowerment, entrepreneurship, cultural preservation and community upliftment. Lihle is passionate about building African businesses, developing young talent and creating sustainable opportunities that leave a lasting impact.
Mihlali Xhala
Mihlali Xhala is a distinguished regulatory affairs and public policy leader whose career has been defined by influencing policy, building strategic partnerships, and creating environments that enable sustainable economic growth across Africa. In her current role as a Regulatory and Government Affairs Specialist at South African Breweries (SAB), she leads advocacy efforts across the SACU region, working at the forefront of complex policy discussions and regulatory reform through engagements with governments, industry bodies, and key stakeholders. Beyond her work at SAB, she played a leading role in B20 South Africa’s government and stakeholder advocacy, driving dialogue and collaboration between business leaders, policymakers, and civil society to advance global economic competitiveness and inclusive growth. Prior to joining SAB, she served as Head of the Corporate Chamber at Agri SA, where she represented the interests of farmers, commodity organisations, and agribusinesses, leading advocacy efforts on critical issues impacting the agricultural sector and the broader economy. Most recently, she graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) with an Executive Master of Public Administration, further strengthening her expertise in governance, leadership, and public policy.
Palesa Ngomeza
Palesa started her career with BDO Johannesburg as an Audit Trainee in 2012, after graduating from the University of the Witwatersrand with a Bachelor of Accounting Sciences degree. After completing her articles in 2014, she was appointed as an Audit Supervisor and subsequently as an Audit Manager in 2017.
During 2019, Palesa pursued an international short-term secondment opportunity in the Netherlands. In 2020, she was appointed as a Director within the BDO Cape Town audit division. She sits on the Consumer Markets sector group, which is responsible for clients within the retail and FMCG, manufacturing and automotive sectors. Palesa is also the Sub-sector Lead for Retail and FMCG for BDO South Africa.
Palesa is the regional SAICA Training Officer for the BDO Cape Town office, a member of ABASA Western Cape and sits on the SAICA Southern Region Transformation Committee. She is also actively involved in BDO Cape Town’s #SheLead’s programme, which focuses on the mentoring and coaching of female trainee accountants.
Vuyisiwe (Vuvu) Moleshe
Vuyisiwe (Vuvu) Moleshe is a versatile strategic engagement and events leader with more than 15 years of experience delivering premium executive, client and employee engagement platforms across the financial services and FMCG sectors. Recognised for combining strategic thinking with operational excellence, she has led complex, high-profile corporate, government and international events that strengthen stakeholder relationships, enhance brand reputation and support organisational objectives. As Group Event Manager: Executive Engagement at Standard Bank and former Head of B20 South Africa Flagship Events, Vuyisiwe played a pivotal role in planning and delivering one of South Africa's most significant international business initiatives during the country's G20 Presidency. A trusted partner to executive leadership, she is passionate about creating meaningful experiences that inspire collaboration, drive impact and deliver lasting value.
